Feel no guilt in laughter; I know how much you care. Feel no sorrow in a smile that I’m not there to share. Brenda Lindsey loved her kids and family dearly. She never met a stranger. She was always ready to hold a long conversation and ask a lot of questions. Brenda lived a life full of love, joy and laughter.
While Brenda enjoyed family and friends she was always available to encourage people when they needed an encouraging word. Brenda was born in Monroeville, Alabama and gave her life to Christ at an early age at Morning Star Baptist Church. Brenda attended Monroe County School System. After high school Brenda moved to Memphis, Tennessee.
She was employed with Vanity Fair, Georgia Pacific and Home Depot for several years. She changed careers and was employed with Amazon.
Brenda lived an enjoyable life. Now she will join her parents Henry Lewis Lambert and Annie Bell Lindsey; grand-parents: Oddie Lee Sr. and Daisy Lindsey, and Sam and Annie B Gillard in the land where the soul never dies.
Brenda leaves her legacy, love and memories to be cherished by her loving and devoted children: Jeremy Quiantae Lindsey and Brittany Simone Lindsey of Memphis, Tennessee and Nicole Lindsey, Monroeville, Alabama; six grandchildren: Clayton Peoples, Tomiya Rivers, Taniya Rivers, Genesis McQuitter, Blayze McQuitler of Monroeville, Alabama, Isiah Ahmon Lindsey of Columbus, Mississippi; a devoted friend of 20 years of Memphis, Tennesse: Walter Bradley of ; two brothers: Marcus (Nicole) Lambert of Chicago, Illinois and Craig Johnson of Monroeville, Alabama; four sisters: Annetta (Robert) Slaughter of Perry, Georgia, Rosalind Seller of Frisco City, Alabama, Sherry McCreary of Midwest City, Oklahoma, Candace Lambert of Chicago, Illinois; eleven aunts: Louise L. Williams of Bridgeport, Connecticut, Daisy L. Rankins of California, Mary L.
